Rikta Rätt – växelriktare för solceller och energilager

Denna sida avser själva växelriktaren och vänder sig till dig som ska installera en lågspänningsansluten solcells- eller energilageranläggning som klassas som Typ A, och till elnätsföretag som måste se till att växelriktare uppfyller ställda krav.

Sidan tjänstgör också som service åt tillverkare och försäljare av växelriktare som vill få dokumentationen avseende utrustningen granskad, att kraven för att få anslutas till det svenska elnätet är uppfyllda.

Rikta Rätt ska följa föreskrifter och standarder

Krav ställs på anläggningar som ansluts till elnätet. Dessa krav ska uppfyllas till exempel avseende elkvalitet, skydd och dokumentation. En ökad transparens ska gälla för utrustning i näten, som ska öka anläggningens tillförlitlighet och därmed trovärdigheten.

När solcells- och energilageranläggningar i Sverige ska installeras krävs att växelriktaren uppfyller ställda krav enligt EU-förordning 2016/631 (RfG) och Energimarknadsinspektionens föreskrifter EIFS 2018:2. Utöver det finns andra krav enligt föreskrifter, standarder och branschrekommendationer som specificerar skyddsinställningar och övertons-, respektive flimmernivåer.

Endast växelriktare som lever upp till ställda krav får anslutas till det svenska elnätet. Rikta Rätt-listan ska underlätta för branschen eftersom vi på förhand har granskat dokumentationen för dessa växelriktare.

Elsäkerhetsverket bedriver en löpande produktkontroll och kan belägga produkter med försäljningsförbud. Se information på Elsäkerhetsverkets webbplats: Elsäkerhetsverket – försäljningsförbud. Rikta Rätt-listan innehåller ingen information om Elsäkerhetsverkets produktkontroll och eventuella försäljningsförbud.

Listans rättsliga status

Att finnas med på Rikta Rätt-listan är inte en förutsättning för att en växelriktare ska kunna anslutas till elnätet. Listan utgör endast ett stöd för att underlätta administrationen i samband med nätanslutningen för såväl anläggningsägare som elnätsföretag.

Att en växelriktare finns med på Rikta Rätt-listan innebär inte heller ett formellt godkännande av växelriktaren. Elnätsföretagen kan alltid kräva in dokumentation som styrker att samtliga krav är uppfyllda direkt från den som begär anslutning.

Genom Rikta Rätt förenklas anmälan av en ny solcellsanläggning avsevärt, då dokumentation och granskning av ställda krav inte längre behövs i samma utsträckning. Installatörer och elnätsföretag ska vara trygga med att använda Rikta Rätt, som innebär att dokumentationen för alla växelriktare på listan redan är granskad.

Om du inte hittar den växelriktare du söker på Rikta Rätt är det dags att ansöka här nedan om att få produkten granskad och med på listan. Så fort vi har nya växelriktare som uppfyller kraven uppdateras Rikta Rätt-listan.

Det finns möjlighet att prenumerera på Rikta Rätt. Anmäl ditt intresse för prenumeration (och kryssa i Rikta Rätt). När listan uppdateras med nya växelriktare skickas den ut till prenumeranterna.

Tillverkare/säljare – få din utrustnings dokumentation granskad här

Du som tillverkar eller säljer växelriktare (även grossister, importörer och installatörer) kan ansöka om att få din växelriktare värderad för att kunna hamna på listan.

Du behöver ha med två huvudsakliga underlag (A och B).

A) En ifylld ansökningsblankett, kontrollera att:

• Blanketten är signerad, bara namnförtydligande är inte ok.
• Alla uppgifter är ifyllda.
• Angivna inställnings- och mätvärden stämmer med insända intyg och dokument.

B) Teknisk dokumentation som styrker uppgifterna i blanketten, såsom certifiering och testprotokoll från tredje part.

Det krävs certifikat på att produkten uppfyller kraven enligt:

• RfG (EU 2016/631) och/eller EN 50549-1.
• EMC-direktivet (2014/30/EU) och de standarder för flimmer och övertoner som anges på blanketten.
• Lågspänningsdirektivet (LVD) (2014/35/EU), detta intyg kan tillverkaren själv utfärda.

Gör sedan ansökan så här:

1.  Spara ned denna blankett på din dator.
   För en växelriktare >75 A – ladda även ned bilaga 1 (båda blanketter uppdaterade 25 februari 2025).
2. Fyll i blanketterna och mejla in tillsammans med kopior av den tekniska dokumentationen till: riktaratt@energiforetagen.se.

Ansökan tas då om hand av en bedömningsgrupp som vid behov håller fortsatt dialog med dig som ansöker. När din växelriktare uppfyller kraven hamnar den på listan Rikta Rätt.

Rikta Rätt – Inverters for photovoltaic and energy storage installations

Rikta Rätt is the list of inverters for photovoltaic and energy storage installations. It is intended for those who need to submit a pre-notification of the installation. You’re welcome to subscribe to the list to ensure you’re always up to date. Here is also where you can submit your inverters for assessment and inclusion on the list.

This page focuses on the inverter and is intended for those installing a low-voltage connected photovoltaic or energy storage system classified as Type A, as well as for distribution system operators who must ensure that inverters meet the specified requirements.

The page also serves as a service for manufacturers and suppliers of inverters who wish to have their equipment documentation reviewed to confirm compliance with the requirements for connection to the Swedish distribution grid.

Rikta Rätt must comply with regulations and standards

Requirements are imposed on installations connected to the Swedish distribution system. These requirements must be met regarding, for example, power quality, protection and documentation. Increased transparency should apply to equipment in the distribution systems to improve reliability and credibility.

When photovoltaic and energy storage systems are installed in Sweden, the inverter must meet the requirements according to EU regulation 2016/631 (RfG) and The Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate regulation EIFS 2018:2. In addition, there are other requirements according to regulations, standards, and industry recommendations within the energy sector, specifying protection settings and levels for harmonics and flicker.

Only inverters that meet the specified requirements may be connected to the Swedish distribution system. The Rikta Rätt list is intended to support the energy sector industry by providing pre-reviewed documentation for these inverters.

The Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate conducts ongoing product control and may impose sales bans on products. The Rikta Rätt list does not contain any information about The Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate product control or possible sales bans.

Legal status of the list

Being included in the Rikta Rätt list is not a prerequisite for an inverter to be connected to the Swedish distribution system. The list serves solely as a support tool to simplify administration related to grid connection for both facility owners and distribution system operators.

The presence of an inverter on the Rikta Rätt list does not constitute formal approval of the inverter. Distribution system operators can always request documentation directly from the applicant to verify that all requirements are met.

Rikta Rätt significantly simplifies the notification of a new solar installation, by reducing the need for extensive documentation and requirement reviews. Electrical installation companies and distribution system operators can confidently use Rikta Rätt, knowing that the documentation for all inverters on the list has been pre-reviewed.

Manufacturers/suppliers – get the documentation of the equipment reviewed here

To install a new Low Voltage connected photovoltaic plant or energy storage classified as a type A the inverter must meet the requirements to be connected to the Swedish power grid. All inverters which Rikta Rätt has reviewed and meet the requirements will be published in the Rikta Rätt list.

A manufacturer or supplier (also wholesalers, importers and installers) can apply for the review of an inverter here.

Documents to be included:

• Completed application form.
• Technical documentation certifying the information in the application form, e.g. certificate/equipment certificate from a third party:
  - RfG (EU 2016/631) and/or EN 50549-1.
  - EMC-directive (2014/30/EU) and the standards for flicker and harmonics listed on the application form.
  - Low Voltage Directive (LVD) (2014/35/EU), this can be issued by the manufacturer.

1. Download the application form on your computer. For an inverter >75 A – also download the appendix 1 (both application forms updated February 25, 2025).
2. Fill in the forms and send them by e-mail together with copies of the technical documentation to: riktaratt@energiforetagen.se.

The application is handled by an evaluation group. They will (if needed) contact you. Inverters that meet the requirements will be on the ”Rikta Rätt” list.
